Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, finishing, or detailing may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted fashion and should not automatically be considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
3. Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, product availability, or other commercial terms at any time without prior notice.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed and paid for.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Shira Africa is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns, Refund, and Pre-Order Policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Please review the applicable policy before completing your purchase.
Certain products may be excluded from return or refund eligibility, including items that are made-to-order, personalized, altered, worn, damaged by the customer, or otherwise identified as non-returnable.
Return window is 7 days from delivery, unworn, with tags attached. Non-returnable item to be confirmed once batch sizes are settled; may depend on whether a returned piece can genuinely go back into stock.
Hand-dye variation is explicitly not grounds for return this needs to be stated plainly, since it is core to how the product is marketed.
Faulty or damaged item process, separate and distinct from color/pattern variation.
Refund method and processing time, where refunds do apply.
