RETURN POLICY
We want every Shira Africa piece to feel right for you. If you need to return an eligible item, please follow the guidelines below.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The return request must be submitted within this period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, an item must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, damage, or alterations.
Be returned with its original packaging where applicable.
- Hand-dye variation is explicitly not grounds for return
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return:
Personalized or customized items.
Made-to-order pieces.
Pre-order items, subject to our Pre-Order Policy.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return

Please provide:
Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
Reason for the return.
Photographs where requested.
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item supplied by Shira Africa, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning an item.
6. Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for an eligible item.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate resolution.
7. Inspection
Returned items will be inspected after they arrive.
If the item meets our return conditions, we will process the approved refund or exchange.
8. International Returns
Customers outside Nigeria may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other costs associated with returning an item unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
