At Shira Africa, every piece is carefully selected, crafted, and prepared with intention. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don’t always work out.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered where:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

• Shira Africa cannot fulfil your order.

• A return has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy.

• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

2. Items That May Not Qualify

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds may not be available for:

• Items that have been worn or used.

• Items that have been washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

• Items returned without their original packaging or required tags.

• Personalized or customized pieces.

• Made-to-order items.

• Pre-order items, except where specifically provided under our Pre-Order Policy or required by applicable law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• Your name.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

4. Approved Refunds

Once a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or another circumstance where applicable law requires reimbursement.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are generally processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, where a physical return is required.

We reserve the right to decline a refund where an item does not meet the applicable return conditions.
